Get involved with the Mark Twain PA!

The PA is run by parents, and we can always use more hands. Whether you have an hour to help at an event, want to volunteer regularly, or have a particular skill you’d like to share, we’d love to hear from you.

There are lots of ways to help, from events and fundraising to school activities, snack sales, design, communications, and behind-the-scenes work.

Help with weekly snack sales. Join us on Friday afternoons to sell snacks to students. It’s a simple, recurring way to help out and meet other PA families. Even helping once in a while makes a difference.

Help with the annual PA Gala. Held each March at Gargiulo’s in Brooklyn, the Gala is our biggest fundraising event of the year and takes a team to make it happen. We’re looking for parents who can help with planning, donations, sponsorships, decorations, ticket sales, auction items, and event-night support.
