About the PA

The Mark Twain Parents Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting students, families, and the school community at Mark Twain IS 239. Through fundraising, volunteering, and community involvement, the PA helps provide educational resources, enrichment opportunities, school activities, and events for Mark Twain students and families.

The PA raises funds to support our school in big and small ways, from Jupiter Ed and individual student needs to improvements like new seats in the auditorium. We do what we can to make our students’ years at Mark Twain as supportive and enriching as possible.

We also help connect parents and the school through information, meetings, events, and opportunities to get involved.
